Diagnosed properly. Priced honestly.
A look at common repair pricing. Diagnostic fees may be applied toward an approved repair.
Cleaning Services
Additional charges may apply for unusual conditions and are always approved first. Additional work will not be performed beyond the approved estimate or maximum authorized amount without your approval. Full diagnostic, repair, and cleaning pricing is listed on the PC Repair page.
Built by hand, priced by labor.
Prices below are for build labor unless otherwise specified. Components, Windows and software licenses, shipping, and specialty materials are not included.
These are labor prices only — components, licenses, and shipping are not included. Additional work beyond the approved estimate or maximum authorized amount requires your approval. Full build pricing, inclusions, and process details are on the Custom PC Builds page.
Scoped to the project, not a price list.
These services vary too much project-to-project for a fixed price — each one starts with a short conversation about scope.
You approve the work before it happens.
Every repair follows the same authorization process — no surprise charges, no work performed you didn't agree to.
Estimated Repair Price
The initial cost estimate given after diagnostics, before any repair work begins.
Approved Estimate
The estimate you review and approve before repair work starts.
Maximum Authorized Amount
The highest amount work may reach without contacting you again first.
Diagnostic Only
Service limited to identifying the issue — no repair is performed until you approve one.
Contact Before Additional Repairs
If a repair would exceed the authorized amount, you're contacted before any further work is done.

Pricing questions, answered directly.
Is the diagnostic fee applied toward a repair?
Diagnostic fees may be applied toward an approved repair. This is not automatic on every visit — your technician will confirm how it applies before work begins.
Are replacement parts included?
No. Listed prices are for labor unless stated otherwise. Parts and components are quoted separately and approved before purchase.
Why do some services say "starting at"?
Costs can vary based on the condition of your equipment, the complexity of the job, and the parts required. "Starting at" prices reflect the most common, straightforward version of that service.
Do you offer on-site PC repair?
PC repair and cleaning services are drop-off only. Website, IT, and consultation work can often be handled remotely or on-site depending on the request.
How are custom PC build prices calculated?
Build labor starts at $150 for a standard build or $200 for an advanced RGB/AIO build. Final pricing depends on build complexity and component compatibility — custom liquid cooling, cable modification, and specialty cases are quoted separately.
What is included in a website package?
Each package includes design, development, a mobile-friendly layout, and setup appropriate to that tier. Every project starts with a scope conversation before a final quote is given.
Do you offer ongoing website support?
Yes. Monthly support plans start at $125/month and cover maintenance, updates, monitoring, and technical support based on the plan you choose — not unlimited work.
Will additional work be performed without approval?
No. You approve an estimate or maximum authorized amount before work begins, and you're contacted before anything beyond that amount is done.
