I'm Jon.
Marine, builder,
security guy.
I've been on active duty in the Marine Corps since 2010. Right now I'm a Gunnery Sergeant stationed in Iwakuni, Japan — which means I've spent the better part of 16 years learning how to operate with limited resources, high accountability, and zero tolerance for things that don't work.
That's how I approach building websites. I do the work myself. No outsourcing, no account managers, no agency markup. You deal with me directly — the person who scoped it, built it, and will be there when something needs fixing.
On the security side, I'm not just checking boxes. I'm actively studying offensive security — how attackers actually get in — because understanding that is the only way to build something that genuinely holds up. Most developers bolt security on at the end. I build it in from the start.
Outside of client work I'm finishing a degree in cybersecurity, building tools, and spending too much time on a home lab that's probably more complicated than it needs to be. If you want to work with someone who takes your project seriously, I'm easy to reach.
